Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, lace wigs, closures, or lashes once an order has been processed or shipped.

We only offer a replacement or store credit if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at septembermcginty@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for review.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
